The Senior Account Manager is the day to day link between client and the entire VIRTUE team. You are fully responsible for their Clients and projects from creative & strategic development, client presentations, production and delivery. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the health of their accounts from a timing, budget, creative and strategic point of view. As a true born leader they drive their clients and projects to success in a flawless manner. You report into Account Director & Head of Account Services on large size accounts or directly to Head Of Account Services on small to mid-size accounts. 


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Maintain day to day client relationship and communication. You are fully aware of all detail and status, and you deal with client daily requests with flawless delivery. 
  • Provide constant support and continuous improvement to advance relationships with all current and potential future clients. 
  • Guide clients and help them achieve their business objectives with strategic and creative ideas that achieve memorable business results. 
  • Lead client communications, including on-time delivery of assets and reporting. 
  • Work closely with the Strategy Department, challenging, reviewing and improving brand and media strategy at every touch point and level. 
  • Constantly challenging creative work at every touch point and level, from a client and a VIRTUE perspective. 
  • Strong but structured POV on creative ideas, stories and overall work produced within the account. 
  • Overall understanding of the VICE global network and its offering (branded content, white label).
  • Manage small (<250K) to mid (250-500K) size projects. 
  • Represent the agency and the client in a polished and intelligent manner with positive energy. 



  • Experience in retail/sports/lifestyle is a plus.
  • Has 4-6 years of relevant working experience.

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken Dutch.

  • Problem solver & positive thinker who is able to lead the team forward under pressure, keeping calm under any circumstances.

  • Organisational agility and strong attention to detail.

  • Team player and team leader who is results-oriented, proactive and has a strong work ethic.

  • Flexible and willing to run with work and proactively add ideas and innovation.

  • Self-motivation and energy in taking ownership of client projects.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence in presenting ideas with impact.

  • A co-operative and proactive approach and work style.

  • Fully aware and up to speed on the latest trends and technologies.

  • Genuine passion for storytelling and creativity inside & outside the industry.
